On January 15, the first tower section for the 200 MW Shangcheng Wind Farm in Babu, Hezhou, Guangxi—manufactured by Dessn Heavy Industry—was successfully shipped, marking another significant achievement for our company in the field of new‑energy equipment manufacturing.

The Babushangcheng Wind Farm project is located in Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is a key initiative for the local development of clean energy. The project has a total installed capacity of… With a capacity of 200 MW, the project plans to install 32 wind turbines, each with a rated capacity of 6.25 MW, along with a newly constructed 110-kV step-up substation. Upon completion, it will become a key regional green energy hub.

Our company is responsible for manufacturing part of this project. Type I tower sections have a maximum diameter of 5 meters, a tower height of 122.3 meters, and a total weight of 388 tons per set; Type II tower sections also have a maximum diameter of 5 meters, a tower height of 122.3 meters, and a total weight of 364 tons per set. Upon completion and commissioning, the project is expected to generate approximately 410 million kWh of electricity annually, playing a significant role in optimizing the local energy mix, advancing the “dual carbon” goals, and promoting green, low‑carbon economic and social development.

Since the project’s inception, our company has attached great importance to ensuring the timely delivery of the first tower section for the Babu Shangcheng Wind Farm. We have proactively undertaken comprehensive project planning and vigorously advanced all aspects of the project. In line with the project’s objectives and schedule milestones, we have developed a dedicated production plan and organized manufacturing in an orderly manner. Throughout the production process, we have strengthened technical briefings, reinforced quality awareness across the workforce, and implemented rigorous, end-to-end, precision‑driven control over every stage—cutting, welding, dimensional inspection, coating, and more—ensuring that all performance indicators meet the required standards and enabling the high‑quality delivery of the tower sections.

The successful shipment of the first tower section for the Bahu Shangcheng Wind Farm project is a clear demonstration of our company’s strong execution capabilities and robust expertise in new‑energy equipment manufacturing.
