　　Founded in 2008, Dingsheng Group is headquartered in the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone of Changsha. It operates a network of subsidiaries, including Hunan Dingsheng Green Building Group Co., Ltd., Changsha Dingsheng Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Dingsheng Solar Energy Co., Ltd., as well as branch offices in Guangdong, Zhuhai, and Zhaoqing, along with representative offices in Chongqing and Shanghai. The company is an engineering general contracting firm specializing in green construction, with core capabilities in construction general contracting, R&D and design, and intelligent manufacturing. It also serves as the chair unit of the Hunan Provincial Association for Green Building and Steel Structure Industries.
　　The company actively responds to the national goals of “carbon peaking” and “carbon neutrality,” as well as the mission of green industrial development, primarily undertaking general contracting for industrial buildings, public buildings, bridge projects, and other construction works. It has successfully completed a wide array of high‑quality projects, including Hunan Panyun, Guangdong Xinmatuo, Guangdong Fengcai, Foshan Yuhexing, Deli Elevator, Hankun Industrial, Jinmei Packaging, Hengchang Group’s Jiangyou Pharmaceutical, SANY Zhongqi’s factory facilities, Foshan Midea Lingwang, Shanghai Yanfeng International, the headquarters building of Zhuhai Hengqin Financial Leasing, Wuhan Yangtze River Coastal Railway Group, Chongqing Longzhouwan Bridge, and the Tangxi River Double‑Track Bridge on the Zhengzhou–Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, among many others.
　　The Group’s three major production bases, located in Changsha, Zhuhai, and Ningxiang, cover a total area of 160,000 square meters and boast an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. They specialize in manufacturing wind turbine towers, architectural steel structures, bridge steel structures, and truss‑type lattice structures, and have undertaken numerous wind power and photovoltaic new‑energy projects, including those at Guizhou Dongrun Qingneng, Longbaoshan, Chongqing Youyang, Guangxi Hezhou Babu, Hunan Yongzhou Huangmaoling and Jiangmeitang, as well as Hunan Huaihua Houtang.
　　The company currently employs over 300 staff members, including more than 80 mid‑level and senior engineers, economists, and construction engineers. It holds Grade‑I qualifications in general construction contracting, specialized steel structure contracting, architectural decoration and finishing, and steel structure fabrication, as well as a Class‑B specialty license for steel structure design and a Class‑D manufacturing license for pressure vessels. The company also owns nearly one hundred authorized patents. By integrating an industry‑leading, intelligent production base with a scientifically sound, modern management system, and by leveraging meticulous craftsmanship, continuous technological innovation, and a robust quality assurance framework, the company has established a solid foundation for sustained growth.
